REFUND POLICY
Items purchased from Façon Studio must be returned at the customer's expense in perfect and unused condition, free from deterioration, stains, odours or any condition that prevents them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund. Façon studio only accepts refund for regular priced items unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
HOW TO START THE REFUND PROCESS?
To start the refund process, please contact our customer support email at info@faconstudio.com with the subject "REFUND" and the description containing your order number.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Once your return is received, it may take up to 5 working days to be inspected and processed. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on the bank this may take up to 3-5 working days.
Do I need to pay for return postage?
Unfortunately yes, the buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product so that it arrives safely. No refunds will be given for items that go missing through the post.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@faconstudio.com
