SHIPPING QUESTIONS
You can check the delivery time at Shipping
When your order ships, you will receive an email from the shipping company containing the tracking information of your order.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Our logistics operator will contact you if there is a failed delivery to make sure you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer, you can contact the transport services that are processing your order by calling or through their website to arrange a new delivery.
There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order:
Wrong address: we recommend checking if the provided address is correct.
Failed deliveries: Postnord will try up to two times to deliver the package. Then, they can leave it in a parcel shop.
If, finally, the order cannot be delivered and is being returned to the sender, once the package has been received at our warehouse, we will issue your refund. We don't re-ship your orders.

RETURN QUESTIONS
To initiate the return process please send an email to the address Info@faconstudio.com with the subject "RETURN" and our employees will respond in due course with the sufficient instructions.
Once your order has successfully been returned, our returns department will begin processing it. This involves inspecting the return and then arranging for your replacement, refund, or exchange. From start to finish, this should take no longer than 10 working days during which, you will be notified when the return has been actioned.
The buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product so that it arrives safely. No refunds will be given for items that go missing through the post.
Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn with all tags attached. If you are unable to meet this criteria then we are unfortunately unable to issue you a refund.
ORDER
Check the spam or spam tray, your confirmation email may be there.
If you do not find it, you can write to info@faconstudio.com and we’ll locate it. If it’s necessary, we would change the purchase email and forward it. Please, tell us your full name.
If you want to make sure that you receive our emails on future occasions, please add us to the desired mailing list and make sure that the e-mail you used for your purchase is the correct one.

We accept payment by credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa).
Payment via Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.
Once you have placed your order and been charged, we cannot modify the components.
If you want to change the address, you can try to email info@faconstudio.com and maybe we can help you. If not, you must wait until you receive the tracking number, and then you can contact the shipping agency and change it.

your product has arrived damaged or faulty please initiate the return process via email and include photos of the visual damages and we will arrange for either a refund or exchange.
